The Principal of Crichton Consulting Limited is Isobel Crichton. Isobel has over ten years experience as a human resource consultant, during this time she has gained experience in a number of different sectors and organisations.

In terms of search and selection, Isobel has recruited a number of chief executives, senior executives managers and professionals throughout her career. These appointments have been spread across a number of industry sectors and have included working in leading corporates such as Telecom, Carter Holt Harvey and Contact Energy within New Zealand.

In the four years that Isobel was based in London she consulted at the executive level across Europe whilst leading and mentoring other consultants in effective human resources practice.

In addition, Isobel has also worked with a multitude of medium and small privately owned companies providing a wide array of solutions to their human resource issues.

Isobel graduated from Canterbury University with a Degree in Psychology and Political Science.

In order to support her commercial experience in the workplace Isobel also undertook a one year Business Diploma through the New Zealand Institute of Management.

Isobels preferred consulting style is a "hands on" one, whereby she works very closely with candidates and clients, keeping them informed at each step. Isobel enjoys in depth relationships whereby she can truly understand the needs of businesses and individuals whilst providing a high touch level of service.
